ID & PAYMENT CARD ARE NEEDED FOR PREPAID ORDERS

Orders will be fulfilled on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Please bring your physical ID and physical payment card for pre-paid orders. Name and credit card number must match receipt. The person placing the order must pick up the order.

Due to AGCO protocols, in the case of pre-paid orders, the name on the order must match the name on your ID & Credit Card. If you would prefer us to use your chosen name during your interaction at our store, please indicate so in the order notes so we can identify you correctly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Need boxes for moving? Every week we get a large amount of boxes that are perfect for moving/storage. If you would like some, let us know on Sunday/Monday and we can save them for you!

510 TIPS AND TRICKS

* Do not plug 510 batteries into wall outlets. Use electronic device.

* Do not suck on carts to unclog. Use Pre-Heat function to assist unclogging.

* Do not store carts in purse/pocket for too long or in warmer temps. This can cause leaking/clogging.

* Only use charger that came with battery (if one was included)
